How to Use:

1. First take a battery and install it (+ pole facing up).

2. Connect the massage belt, and then tie the massage belt to the desired part.

3. Press ON/HI once and the indicator will light up, then press the MODE button to select the desired working mode. Press ON/HI again to adjust the intensity (please note: every time you press this button, the intensity will increase more, the intensity needs to be increased slowly, otherwise it will be uncomfortable). Press the OFF/DEC button when you need to turn off or weaken the velocity.

4. It is advisable to use one part for about 10 minutes a day. The machine has an automatic stop function, so there is no need to worry about the machine working for a long time without restriction.

5. Please remove the battery when not in use
