Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Period

• The order must be checked in the presence of a representative.

• After the representative leaves, unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests without the approval of the merchant.

2. Return Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for a return, a product must:

• Be in its original condition and unused.

• Be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Opened or used products (such as cosmetics or personal items).

• Digital products or e-vouchers after they have been sent.

• Discounted products under "Final Clearance" or "Special Offers," unless they are damaged or defective.

• Any customized or custom-made product.

4. Returns due to our error

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will bear the full shipping costs and will replace it or refund you in full after verification.
